Conduct & Ethics
Members shall uphold ethical trade practices, fair pricing, and honest dealings with customers and fellow members.
Subscription Obligations
Annual subscriptions must be paid by 30 June each year. Late payment may result in suspension of voting rights.
Use of MCS Identity
The MCS name, logo, and member badge may only be used by members in good standing and only in accordance with the brand guidelines.
Disclosure of Information
Members must promptly notify the Secretariat of changes in business name, address, ownership, or trade license status.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between members should first be referred to the Membership & Welfare Committee for mediation.
Disciplinary Action
The Executive Committee may suspend or expel a member for serious breach of the Constitution or Code of Conduct, following due process.
